New video release from the local Aarhus artist!
The local up and coming producer and musician Mikkel Sönnichsen known from the Mad MIDI Collective and Blind Drivers has just released a brand new song and video under his solo project Asta Fall’s Feminist Alibi. Soft dreamy beats and an alluring female vocal creates the soundscape of Sönnichsen’s newest track End It Starts.
Talented Johanne Holm from Nór securely delivers the vocal, giving a complimenting contrast to the track’s baseline. The setup and crisp urban sound drags references to established acts like Boom Clap Bachelors.
The video for End It Starts is a minimalistic, yet beautiful and well produced piece of art, not normally seen for a debut single of an unsigned artist, thus giving a hint of the drive and enthusiasm that powers Sönnichsen’s newest moniker.
With Asta Fall’s Feminist Alibi proves Sönnichsen that the Mad MIDI label is a sign of local high quality productions and that Asta Fall is a name to watch out for in the future.
