For many of this towns lovely students, intro-weeks are now over with – and it’s back to the venues!
Let’s start this weeks recommendations out with the most important one! The brand new festival, Flux Festival, will open it’s doors this Thursday, and they are inviting you to come celebrate the danish underground-scene. Flux Festival takes place from Thursday to Saturday, at both Radar and B-Huset. Thursday you can among others check out danish punk-talents Synd og Skam at Radar. Friday it is names such as The Road To Suicide and Happy Hookers For Jesus who’ll be playing at B-huset. Saturday it’s Narcosatanicos and Papir and many others also at B-huset. We’re stopping by Flux Festival this week, and we hope that you’ll join us!
Besides Flux, Fonden VoxHall throws some pretty descent concerts this week. Thursday evening Ulige Numre will stop by VoxHall with their new debut album. As support they bring a SOA-favourite, Schultz & Forever, so we feel pretty sure that the audience are in for a poetic treat! Saturday evening it’s time for a 5-time release party from Per Vers and his label Mixed Ape Music. The whole event takes place at Atlas, and at a price of 150 kr. you get a lot of cool names, including the long lost name Vincent Van Go Go.
Saturday also holds a concert with one of the most popular names here in DK, as Shaka Loveless enters the stage at VoxHall. With an afterparty and Benjamin Kissi as support, you might wanna bring your dancing shoes and your reggae smile.
