The day started with a beerful and cosy ride from Copenhagen to the festival, arriving at the festival around 12.30-ish.
Some rain welcomed us with open arms (the good kind of rain) and the sight of that many happy and beautiful people was amazing. The thought of us sitting at the entrance, running, setting up tents, going back for the bags for the next 8 hours, well, it still seemed a bit rough – and it was.
However, we got just the spot we were going for and when finishing all the “hard” stuff, it was time for buying 24 cold beers – aaaand action!
Beers, tequila and what comes with that for several hours – and then some Roskilde adventure:
5-6 from the camp grabs all the beer they can, leaves the camp and starts exploring the incredible setups that many camps have. I mean, spending that amount of money and time building camps, it’s incredible.
Anyway, the first day is always weird. It’s a long day, and there’s no music. You could go check out Jonas For Fanden, but really, really, really dont wanna do that!
I went to bed early, and on day 2 it’s time for one of my highlights: Get Your Gun!
