Some have the week off; some are working just as hard as they usually do. Fair? Don’t know, but this week holds quite a few events where we can all meet up. Sure, some are able to drink a few more beers and spent some time dealing with being hung over and such the day after, but still, there’s no reason to stay at home. And you know it!
We’ve hand picked four shows for you guys, and sure, these are our suggestions. If you’re going to something else, let us know and spread the word.
Now, let’s get to it:
We all know him, and there’s absolutely no reason to write a long introduction to this guy. We’ve all heard his rap, we’ve all seen him on TV, but how many of us have actually seen him live? Tonight at 20.00, XZIBIT will take the stage at VoxHall, thanks to some great work from Black Panda. Expect a “live as fuck show”.
This week holds the launch party for Merch City; the new platform where bands/artists can have their online shops. HeadQuarters is absolutely the right location for this event, where you can expect free beers (if you show up early, that is), fancy food, cheap t-shirt print, snacks, more snacks, and loads of music from Kim Munk (The Broken Beats), Liud, Babycage, and Kings in Exile.
Want to know more? Well, we had a chat with the guys behind Merch City.
It’s been a busy 2015 for rapper Pede B and his entourage. Besides releasing the critically acclaimed album ‘Byggesten’, he’s been touring like crazy, playing Roskilde Festival and reaching next level – and he deserves it all! This Thursday, Pede B and DJ Noize will be performing at Stakladen, Studenterhus Aarhus.
We’re closing down this guide with Wangel at Radar. Wangel might be unknown to most people, but everyone in the industry knows who it is, and everyone is following Wangel at the moment, so are we. All you have to do is to check out the video to ‘Eternal History’, released almost a month ago, and you’re sold. Catch Wangel and FAE this Saturday at Radar.
